1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Camdera School OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the service.

These terms apply to all institutions, administrators, teachers, students, and guardians who access the platform.

2. Use License

We grant your institution a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Camdera platform for its intended educational and administrative purposes, subject to your active subscription.

• You must not modify or copy the underlying materials or source code.
• You must not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform.
• You must not use the materials for any commercial purpose beyond the scope of your institution's operations.

3. Data Ownership and Security

Your institution retains all rights to the data inputted into the system, including student records, grades, and financial information. We claim no ownership over your data.

Camdera uses authentication and role-based permissions to control access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your accounts and passwords and assigning appropriate access to your staff.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are fixed monthly or annual subscriptions for your institution, with the capacity limits shown on the pricing page. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy and remains subject to applicable law. Eligible unused payment on an immediate upgrade is applied to the new subscription bill, with any remainder applied to future subscription bills.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Camdera or its suppliers be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.
