Prepare a calm, repeatable exam day—from question review to the final submission.
A reliable exam starts before candidates sign in. Use this checklist with your exam officers and teachers, and rehearse the same flow students will use.
01 // SETUP
Build and review the question bank before publishing. Check answer keys, ambiguous wording, images, marks and the intended difficulty.
Confirm the correct class, course, candidates, availability window and time limit. Preview the exam using a test student account.
02 // SETUP
Run a small practice assessment on the actual devices and network. Check logins, power, browser compatibility and navigation.
Explain the submission process and who students should contact if something goes wrong. Do not assume an interrupted connection means an attempt was submitted.

Keep an incident record with the candidate, exam, time and observed issue. Never share passwords or answer keys when reporting a problem.
Review attempts and any manually marked responses before releasing scores. Resolve incidents consistently and keep your original assessment records.
